Critics of hardcore have their fair of critiques when it comes to late 1980s/early 1990s Cleveland hardcore behemoths Integrity. But really, who cares. “Micha (Those Who Fear Tomorrow)” is a song I listened to in high school until I should have been sick of it. But I never did. The artistry in Dwid’s lyrics and stage presence was something that many other vocalists at the time lacked. It was more than tough-guy barking over power chords. It was creepy, which lent itself well to the music.
